When someone attempts to register an organisation that has already been registered in the COVID-19 Supplier Portal they are prompted with a notification that the organisation with the same ABN number already exists.  The user is presented with an option to request access to this organisation through the primary contact for the organisation.

  • If a user requests to be associated with an existing organisation an email is sent to the primary contact notifying them of the request.
  • To authorise or reject the request, the primary contact can navigate to the Manage organisation, Association requests option to action the request.
